Associate Professional Counselor

Understanding that there has been a shift in your mental health is the first step for your journey into self-discovery. I am happy that you have chosen to take a deeper look into your life, you are experiencing extreme bravery. As a therapist, I believe that there is a cause for every behavior and response. My role in your journey is to assist you in finding the root of your stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, codependence, and other life altering events and emotions that have disturbed your mental health.
My therapeutic environment is designed to be a safe place to identify yourself and your experiences for growth and healing. I have taken the approach of incorporating Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you navigate through these tough times. I work with individuals from adolescence through adulthood, families, and couples and have provided various counseling services since 2010. I hold a Masters degree in School Counseling from Eastern University.
Every experience translates differently for everyone. Your experience is unique to you and your therapeutic experience should be unique to you as well. I will provide you with an environment that is tailored to your unique journey.
Happiness begins here. Give me a call and take your first step!
